After 10 years in power and what looked like increasing momentum in the demise of the ‘Laurentian elite,’ the Conservative Party is left to do some soul searching after its electoral loss last fall. ‘If you want to form government, you have to be reflective of the interests and values of Canadians, and you do that with a big-tent approach,’ says Joe Oliver.
