Canada has a 'Rolls Royce' tax filing system, says Conservative British MP Ian Liddell-Grainger, who was in Ottawa last Monday to meet the chair and vice-chair of the House Finance Committee and who chairs a 197-member all-Parliamentary committee in the United Kingdom studying the tax system.
