There's a flurry of lobby registrations taking place in anticipation of a spring election, from pharmaceutical giants to airport authorities
Last month saw a flurry of registrations by venerable Ottawa lobby firm Global Public Affairs on behalf of some of the world's leading patent pharmaceutical firms, including Sanofi-Aventis, Novartis, Altana and Abbott.
