Parliament’s view of human cloning over the year
A complex bill that would address a wide range of issues, from therapeutic cloning to fertility treatments to embryonic stem cell research, C-13 marks the third such attempt by the Chrétien government since the 1993 Report of the Royal Commission on New Reproductive Technologies.
